Terms of Use

1. Applicability

These terms of use apply to all agreements between Svryxelleaximio and the customer regarding clothing repair and tailoring services.

2. Offers and Agreements

All offers are non-binding, unless explicitly stated otherwise. An agreement is formed by acceptance of an order by Svryxelleaximio. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms of use.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated. Prices are agreed upon prior to the execution of the work. Payment must be made within 14 days after completion of the work, unless otherwise agreed. We accept payment by cash, bank transfer, or other agreed-upon methods.

4. Execution of Work

Svryxelleaximio performs the work with the necessary care and craftsmanship. Estimated delivery times are indicative and not binding.

5. Responsibility and Liability

Svryxelleaximio is not liable for damage to clothing items that were already damaged before treatment, unless such damage is the result of gross negligence or intent. Our liability is limited to the value of the clothing item at the time of acceptance. We are not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, or loss of profit.

6. Ownership and Delivery

Clothing items remain the property of the customer. Delivery takes place after payment of the agreed price, unless otherwise agreed.

7. Complaints and Disputes

Complaints must be submitted in writing or by email within 14 days after receipt of the work. Svryxelleaximio will process the complaint within 14 days and will make every effort to resolve the matter to your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to file a complaint with the relevant consumer protection authority or dispute resolution body.

8. Applicable Law

Dutch law applies to this agreement. All disputes arising from or related to this agreement will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.

9. Changes

Svryxelleaximio reserves the right to modify these terms. Changes will be published on this page.
