Refund Policy

1. About Services

Svryxelleaximio offers clothing repair and tailoring services. Unlike physical products, services, once performed, cannot be "returned" as with goods.

2. Satisfaction and Adjustments

We strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with our work. Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, you must report this in writing or by email within 14 days after receipt of the repaired or altered clothing item. We will work with you to resolve any issues and make necessary adjustments at no additional cost, provided the complaint is valid and reported within the specified timeframe.

3. Repair Work and Corrections

In case of defects in the execution of the work, we will, if possible, perform repair work or corrections free of charge. This only applies to defects that are the result of unprofessional execution by Svryxelleaximio. We will assess each case individually and determine the appropriate remedy, which may include redoing the work, partial refund, or other mutually agreed-upon solutions.

4. Cancelled Orders

If you cancel an order before the work has started, no costs are due and any advance payment will be refunded in full. If the work has already started, costs may be charged for the work already performed, materials used, and any other reasonable expenses incurred. We will inform you of any charges before proceeding with cancellation.

5. Dutch Consumer Rights

As a consumer, you have rights under Dutch legislation, including the right to proper execution of services, the right to information, and the right to file complaints. For services, these rights are different from those for goods. We act in accordance with applicable Dutch consumer legislation, including the Consumer Rights Directive and the Dutch Civil Code (Burgerlijk Wetboek).

6. Handling Damage

If a clothing item is damaged during treatment due to the actions or negligence of Svryxelleaximio, we will accept liability and take appropriate measures. We will work with you to determine the best solution, which may include repair of the damage, replacement of the item (if possible and agreed), or financial compensation based on the value of the item. All damage claims must be reported immediately upon discovery and within 14 days of receiving the item.

7. Complaints Procedure

Complaints must be submitted in writing or by email to contact@svryxelleaximio.world within 14 days of receiving the service. Please include a detailed description of the issue, photos if applicable, and your order reference. We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 3 business days and will respond with a proposed solution within 14 days. We are committed to resolving all complaints fairly and promptly.

8. Disputes and Alternative Dispute Resolution

If we cannot resolve the matter together through our complaints procedure, you have the right to file a dispute with an independent dispute resolution body or the competent court in Amsterdam, Netherlands. As a consumer, you may also contact the European Consumer Centre Netherlands or use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR) at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ for assistance with resolving disputes.
